Simple Neighbor Yard Freshen-Up (Nov – Feb)
One light off-season visit using only the basics: mower, weed eater, blower, rake, and bags. No ladders, no big hedge equipment, no complicated add-ons.
Leaves blown out of the yard, beds, and corners, then gathered and bagged or placed for pickup.
Easy-to-reach weeds around beds, walkways, and obvious spots pulled or cut back for a tidy look.

If your lawn has grown a bit, I’ll give it a light mow and run the weed eater along edges and tight spots.
Driveways, sidewalks, porches, and patios blown clean, with loose sticks and debris picked up and bagged.
